		<description>Try rebuilding your Outlook&#039;s .OST file to force it to communicate with the server again.
Close Outlook
Go to your user folder
Click on AppData, Local, Microsoft, then Outlook.  Rename any files that end in .OST to end in .OLD.
Open Outlook and have it rebuild your online cache.</description>
